This Aries New Moon is a powerful restart of the astrological new year and eclipse season. Aries wants us to step up into our true authentic selves and take action on what we know is going to expand us so that we can forge ahead into this new year with confidence and vitality!

 

During this session you will make your own room cleansing spray bottle with essential oils and fill up a sachet with flowers from our flower mandala. Donna is setting the intention for the sound bath to be the vibration of rebirth and renewal.

 

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and notebook. Hydration is recommended on the day of our session.
